Blu was the vision of Courtney Jones and along with Peter Schmid, 
Kevin and Billy Mak, and Chris Whitaker, Blu came to life.
Now in our 8th year, Blu has evolved into a wonderful place for people of all demographics to visit and enjoy world class sushi and cocktails.
 
Blu prides its self on superior service and sincerely thanks all of our guests for choosing Blu for their dining and socializing experience.
